So mancher möcht' ihr Blümchen sein; ich stimme nicht mit ein. Dann trüg' sie mich an ihrer Brust, da fühlt' ich erst vor Liebeslust so recht der Liebe Pein; mag nicht ihr Blümchen sein! Ihr Vogel möcht' so mancher sein; ich stimme nicht mit ein. Denn, lachte sie mir freundlich zu, hätt' ich im Käfig keine Ruh', und doch sperrt' sie mich ein; mag nicht ihr Vogel sein! Doch will sie selbst mein eigen sein, da wend' ich gar nichts ein. Dann wär sie Blum' und Vogel mir, noch freundlicher wär' ich mit ihr; ich sperrte selbst mich ein. Ihr eigen wollt' ich sein!
