O eene uit al
 (Sung text for setting by J. Tinel)
 Matches original text
Language: Dutch (Nederlands)
  o Eene uit al,
  die Adams val
heeft onbelet gelaten;
  die verre en wijd
  veel schoonder zijt
als de alderschoonste vaten!

  o Edel vat,
  Gods eigen stad,
Gods woninge ongeschonden...
  hoe zal ik dan
  de schoonheid van
uw' zuivere ziel verkonden?

  Komt, staat ons bij,
  Gods Engelen blij,
die, knielend aan heur voeten,
  Gods schoonheid in
  uw' Koningin
moogt kennen en begroeten!

  Dan, wij die haar,
  van verre maar,
en al te onweerd, aanschouwen;
  laat ons, met vreugd,
  haar onze deugd,
ja, tot der dood, betrouwen!
Spelling changes used by J. Tinel: onbelet -> onbevlekt; Engelen -> englen; moogt kennen -> moog kennen
