Wird das Herz so froh entzückt; 
Wenn wir deinen Werth erkennen, 
Fühlen wir uns hoch beglückt. 
Schütze Gott 
Dich vor Noth; 
Ruh' in seiner Hand, 
Dich schützt Gottes Hand!

Fried' und Ruh' 
Wende Gott dir zu.   
Nur auf milden Friedensauen 
Kann dein Glück erfreulich blühn;
Nur in hohem Gottvertrauen  
Krönet Segen dein Bemühn.    
Gott ist gut, 
Fasse Muth;
Ruh' in seiner Hand,

Recht und Pflicht

Rest in God's hand.
When we speak your name,
Our hearts are so joyfully enraptured;
When we realize your worth,
We feel ourselves to be so greatly delighted.
May God protect
You from misery;
Rest in His hand,
God's hand protects you!

May God grant you
Peace and rest.
Only upon the gentle meadows of peace
Can your happiness blossom delightfully;
Only with lofty trusting in God
Shall blessings crown your efforts.
God is good, 
Take courage;
Rest in His hand,

Right and duty
Do not waver eternally.
Where right presides,
The nation rests so firmly upon it;
Where duty governs the spirit,
