Mein Liebster
(Sung text for setting by R. Steuer)
 See original
Language: German (Deutsch)  after the Kurdish (کوردی)
Mein Liebster bei uns zu Gaste war,
Ich knüpft' ihm mein Armband in's Lockenhaar,
Er sass auf dem Teppich Von Khorassan,
Ich schaut' ihn mit zärtlichen Augen an.
Für eine Locke aus seinem Haar
Ich gäb' ihm Hände und Augen gar,
Sollt' er damit nicht zufrieden sein,
Ich gäb' ihm auch das Herze mein.
