Lieber Gott, mach du mich fromm,
Daß ich in den Himmel komm!

Falt' die Händchen, schlaf in Ruh,
Deine Mutter deckt dich zu,
Wird ein Engel wunderschön
Heut' an deinem Bettchen steh'n.
