Muß sein ein Reiter zu Roß,
Noch eins so lang und breit wie du,
Sein Bart zweier Ellen groß.

Sein Rappe saus't im Windeslauf,
Sein Bart der deckt mich zu,
Ich sitz' vor ihm im Sattelknauf,
Und hinterm Ofen du!
