   Hinsinge in die Nacht,

Da winken mir die Sterne zu,

Ich lausche hin -- da ist's ein Hauch,
   Der mir die Lippen schließt,
Als hättest Du mir plötzlich fort
   Vom Mund Dein Lied geküßt.
