über dessen Gärten sich dein Duften goß.
Wie mein Bote stehst du, der ins Dunkel glitt,
bis die Liebste abends heimlich zu Dir tritt.
Biegt zu ihren Lippen deine bleiche Pracht,
küßt die blaßen Blumen in dern blaßen Nacht.
Allen deinen Blüten ist mein Auftrag kund,
und sie küßen wieder den geliebten Mund.
