och var är ro för alla dagens drömmar?
Vart går sommarns vind, vart går stjärnors tåg,
och vart gå alla flödens brusande strömmar?

Långt bortom älv och slätt och skog och strand
ligger lyckans alltid solbelysta land.
Där är vägens mål och där är vilans bo
och ro är där visst för all vår längtan.
