Oh ! vents, gonflez ses voiles !
Tiens droit toujurs, le gouvernail de fer,
Pilote on va vers les étoiles !

Ohé ! ho ! Ohé ! mousse, grimpe au mat ;
Regarde à l’horizon mauve ;
Les astres, ne le vois-tu pas ?
Derrière les nuages qui se sauvent ?

Chacun à son banc! ramez les garçons,
Il nous faut ces soir aborder au ciel.
Tous ces oiseaux blancs nous les dépassons,
Nos désirs ont de grandes ailes !

Le poupe blanchir aux baisers des lames.
Et dans son sillage d’argent
Le grand bateau porte now âmes
A celui qui les attend !
