Das Finden
Language: German (Deutsch)
Wenn ich dich nicht finde,
trauert die Natur;
klagend säuseln Winde
durch die öde Flur;

Und der Sterne Schimmer
bricht im Wolkenflor,
ach! ein Klaggewimmer
stöhnt im feuchten Moor.

Hab' ich Dich gefunden,
fühl' ich Götter Lust;
achte nicht der Wunden,
in beklemmter Brust.

Deine Blicke schweben
freundlich dann auf mir,
und ein Wonnebeben
zieht mich hin zu Dir.

Wenn mich deiner Blicke
Eifersucht beraubt,
neidisch voller Tücke
mich zu kränken glaubt;

O dann lindre Leiden,
stützte meinen Muth.
Holde! spende Freuden,
süßer Minnegluth!
