by Richard von Kralik (1852 - 1934)

Auf der Waldwiese
Language: German (Deutsch)
Viel mehr Blumen als nur diese
steh'n noch auf der Waldeswiese;
ander'n Blumen, als ich pflückte,
ungepflückt zu bleiben glückte;
doch du wirst darum nicht zanken,
wirst mir auch für diese danken.
Wirst nicht glauben, dass wir müssen
pflücken alle Blümelein,
also wenig, als ich küssen
müsse jedes Mägdelein.

Confirmed with Richard von Kralik, Maia, unpublished codex manuscript, Vienna City Library.
