Что же ты, ивушка, невесела стоишь?
Или тебя, ивушку, солнышком печет,

Дворяне ехали из Нова-города,
Срубили ивушку под самый корешок.
Начали ивушку они тесовать,
Сделали из ивушки два они весла.

Уж как два весла, да третью лодочку.
В лодочку сели да поехали домой.
Стали красну девицу выспрашивати:
Что же ты, девица, невесела сидишь?
