by Sergei Aleksandrovich Esenin (1895 - 1925)

Tëmna nočen'ka
Language: Russian (Русский)
Tëmna nočen'ka, ne spitsja,
Vyjdu k rečke na lužok.
Raspojasala zarnica
V pennych strujach pojasok.

Na bugre berëza-svečka
V lunnych per'jach serebra.
Vychodi, moë serdečko,
Slušat' pesni gusljara!

Zaljubujus', zagljažus' li
Na devič'ju krasotu,
A pojdu pljasat' pod gusli,
Tak sorvu tvoju fatu.

V terem tëmnyj, v les zelënyj,
Na šelkovy kupyri,
Uvedu tebja pod sklony
Vplot' do makovoj zari.
