Мне снился сон: лучами золотыми Был полон сад, фонтаны и цветы; Скользили тени милые, меж ними Я узнавал знакомые черты... Мне голоса знакомые звучали, Но я гнался за новою мечтой И жадно ждал чего-то в смутной дали, Где гаснул день за гранью золотой. Казалось, в этот мир опять возможно Вернуть всё то, что жизнь могла мне дать, А я душой рвался уже тревожно Туда, к недостижимому опять.
