I hab' a blitzsauberes Deanderl
amål um a G'fälligkeit bitt;
das Deanderl sågt: I tua ja alles,
nur g'fälli sein, das tua i nit.

Mei Muatter sågt: Es wollts nur Busseln,
und då kriagt ma in G'sicht glei an Fleck,
den kån am ka Doktor kurieren,
dem bringt am ka Bader mehr weg.

Wånn jede Dirn glei von an Bussl
an Fleck kriagt, na dås war a G'schicht',
då sehat ma bei manch'n Deandl
vor lauter Fleck oft går ka G'sicht!

Und 's Deandlglaubt fest ihra Muatter,
hat's Bussln für ihr Leb'n vaschwurn,
und so is aus dem jungen Deandl
a stanålte Jungfer wur'n.

Jå, wia die Zeit'n sich hålt ändern!
Jetzt war sie die G'fälligkeit selber,
jetzt låsst sie den Büabln kan Fried,
doch jetzt is's um vierzig Jåhr älter,
jetzt braucht ma ihr G'fälligkeit nit!
