Ack den som vore så stark som en björn, 
att ingen förmådde emot mig att strida, 
då skulle jag draga kring världens hörn 
i grann uniform och med sabel vid sida.

I killuvan skulle där namnet mitt stå, 
omflätat av rosor så större som smärre. 
Det märket betydde, jag vore en herre, 
vars rykte och namn över folkena gå.

Ack, slik en besynnerlig vagn jag skull' ha, 
smidd blott av silver och ädela stenar. 
Fyra par hästar jag hade att dra, 
fyra par björnar och fyra par renar.
