About the headline (FAQ)

The text is in Farsi (Persian) and is drawn from reports of the death of Neda Agha- Soltan, a young woman killed in the street during the 2009 Iranian election protests. Her death was filmed by bystanders and broadcast over the internet becoming a rallying point for the opposition. She became an iconic figure of martyrdom dubbed by some as the ‘Angel of Freedom’
