A new work is come on hand. Through might and grace of God's son, To save the lost of every land, For now is free what erst was bound; We may well sing alleluya. By Gabriel begun it was: Right as the sun shone through the glass Jesus Christ conceived was Of Mary mother, full of grace; Now sing we here alleluya. Now is fulfilled the prophecy Of David and of Jeremy, And also of Ysaye; Sing we therefore both loud and high: Alleluya.
