by Joannes Reddingius (1873 - 1944)

Muziek waait door 't bosch
Language: Dutch (Nederlands)
Muziek waait door 't bosch,
verwonderlijk zoet,
fijn-teere muziek
bij 't uchtendgekriek.

Uit droomen ik rees,
verwonderlijk schoon,
nu zoek ik den lach
van stralenden dag.

Al kwam ik van ver,
nog verder ik moet,
ik laaf me aan de bron
en zoek weer de zon.

Wie meereizen wil,
hij verneem' de muziek,
en tijge in den wind
als een zingend blij kind.
