El temps es curt; la joia breu.
Passa l’amor i obres la porta.

Farewell
Language: English  after the Catalan (Català)
Time is short and joy is brief.
Love comes and you open the door.
It passes by: it is late, farewell.
Upon your years the snow was falling,
it was a dry leaf that said farewell.
Time is short and sorrow is brief.
Love returns: the wind brushes off yesterday’s snow.
Your heart does not wish to remember.
And a sunbeam shines on oblivion as though on moss.
