Glöckleins Klage

Ein junges Glöcklein klagte der Orgel einst ihr Leid:
"Wie oft mit deinem Reichtum erweckst du meinen Neid.
Kannst hundertfältig sagen, was deine Seele spürt;
und was du spürst, das fühlt man, und was du fühlst, das rührt.
Ich, wenn vor Weh und Mitleid mir schier das Herz zerspringt,
ist's stets der gleiche Wohllaut, den meine Zunge singt.
Nach einem echten Mißklang ring' ich aus tiefster Brust.
Wer leiht mir Kraft zum Schreien? es wär' mir bitt're Lust!"
