Christ, deines Geistes Süßigkeit
Language: German (Deutsch)
Christ, deines Geistes Süßigkeit
in mir bereit', nach Willen deiner Mutter.
Dein Gewalt ist hier auf Erden breit,
drum allezeit
lob ich dich Herre, Guter.

Hilf mir durch deiner Namen drei!
Hilf dass ich hier nicht verfalle
der kranken Welt Unstätigkeit,
die bringet Leid
als wie ein bitter, bitter Galle.

Nun sollen wir alle gar mit Schalle
loben den viel süßen Christ,
daß der Gute, daß der Gute
mit seinem Blute
uns zu Hilfe kommen ist.
