In dem luftesüezem meien,
Sô der walt gekleidet stât,
Sô siht man sich schône zweien
Allez, daz iht liebes hât,
Unde ist mit ein ander vrô.
Daz ist reht, diu zît will sô.

Swâ sich liep ze liebe zweiet,
Hôl;hen muot diu liebe gît.
In der beider herzen meiet
ez mit vreuden alle zît. 
Trûrens wil diu lieben niht,  
Swâ man liep bî liebe siht. 

Swâ zwei liep ein ander meinent
Herzenlîchen âne wanc
Und sich beidiu sô vereinent,
Dâz ir liebe ist âne kranc, 
Diu hât got zesamne geben
Ûf ein wunneclîchez leben.
