Der Sommer tollt ums Haus! Er hascht sich mit dem Winde, Der zupft dem schönen Kinde Manch goldnes Härchen aus. In hocherhobner Hand Läßt er die Beute wehen -- Ich kann sie blitzen sehen, Bald hier, bald dort im Land. Ein Märlein fällt mir ein . . Ach, daß die goldnen Schlingen Mir meinen Liebsten fingen -- Wie wollt' ich selig sein!
