Wofür's guat sind
Language: German (Deutsch)
Mei Mädle ist so liab und guat
Kei Schönre ist im Land;
A G'sichtle hot's wia Milch und Bluat,
Zwei blonde Zöpf mit Band.
Bin drei vernarrt, so dass i wollt,
Dass allweil Sunntag wär:
Am Werktag hot sie's eigerollt,
Am Sunntag fliaga's daher.
Tralalera!

Beim Kirchgang o, des kenn i g'nau,
Ma sieht's den Mädle a,
So Zöpf möcht halt a Jede hau
Und au so Bänder dra.
Hob i no mal a Herzensbitt,
Zupf' i's am Zöpfle nu,
Versaga kann sie mir es nit,
Lacht glei mir freundlich zu.
Tralalera!

Und wenn i hom vom Tanz sie führ'
Am Obed von der Lind,
Dann will aus meinem Arm sie mir
Entschlüpfen nur so g'schwind.
Doch greif i nach den Zöpfle her,
Halt's fest, so wild sie thuat;
Nô weiter sag i gor nix mehr,
Dofür sind d'Zöpfle guat!
Tralalera!
