Cuando la comadre dize: dale, dale. Dize la parida: ¡Ah, Dió, escapadme! Dize la su gente: ¡Amén, amén! ¡Oh, que mueve mezes – trabí de estrechura! Mos nació un hijo – de cara de luna. Ya es el buen simán (signo, sintoma) – de ésta criatura.
In the second strophe of this song which is titled „El parte feliz” (The happy childbirth) the
father of the baby and his guests arrive bringing presents for the mother.
