Liebessensucht
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  ENG
Umwallt vom Weben der Sommernacht,
umflutet von heiligen Wellen
der Liebe, die dich erblühen macht
wie rauschende Frühlingsquellen.
So wartet die Liebeskönigin !

Dein Herz soll satt sich trinken
an ihrem Herz, und tief darin
wird all dein Leid versinken,
versinken, wie in dem ewigen Meer,
das bei den Sternen brandet,
wo eis', als wenn es ein Adler wär',
der Sehnsucht Nachen landet.
