Pečal'naja pesn'
Language: Russian (Русский)
Zatmilas' zarnica, krasa našich dnej,
Skončalas' carica, svetil'nik carej !
Gde vzor tvoj, angel voploščennyj,
Gde čuvstvo blagosti ljubvi ?
Isčezla žizn', kak son mgnovennyj,
I net Marii na zemli !

Zatmilas' zarnica, krasa našich dnej,
Skončalas' carica, svetil'nik carej !
Uvy, i gromy onemeli,
Zrja smert' vladyčicy zemnoj ...
Syny ee osiroteli,
Lišas' v nej materi rodnoj !

Liš' vera serdcu vozveščaet :
Dela bessmertnych ne umrut,
Bessmertnych smert' ne poražaet,
Oni dlja večnosti živut !
Živi, naš angel obnovleneyj,
V strane tainstvennych krasot,
Tvoi dela blagoslovenny
Prebudut s nami v rod i rod.
