by Ferdinand Avenarius (1856 - 1923)

Im März
Language: German (Deutsch)
Graublaue Nebel schleichen
Durch winterlich Gefild,
Graublaue Berge dämmern
Gleich blassem Traumgebild.

Der Regen rieselt leise
Im blätterlosen Wald,
Vom kühlen Wind das Flüstern
Aus dürren Zweigen hallt.

Dort droben zwitschert ein Vogel
Schüchtern sein kleines Lied --
Weiß nicht, ob Herbst, ob Frühling
Die stille Welt durchzieht.
