Die große Weide vor der Stadt,
Die im Frühling so viele Kätzchen hat,
Trollblumen auf der Wiese

Ich denke dann bei mir allein,
Ich werd' einmal so singen,
Der Mond sieht zu.
Mein Lied wird aber in zwei klein-

Outside it is deep night,
I am rocked by his arm,
