Träume
Language: German (Deutsch)
Es kommt ein Klang gezogen
wohl über das dunkle Meer;
das sind die Träume, sie wogen
am nächtlichen Himmelsbogen
wie flimmernde Nebel daher.

Wer schwebt dort so alleine
in der Gestalten Flut?
Stolzer und schöner ist keine,
o Lilie, du schlanke, du feine,
wir kennen uns nur zu gut!

Wen sucht dein Auge? Wo weilet
jetzund dein treuloser Flug?
Rasch ist der Schwarm zerteilet;
sie schaut mich nicht an und eilet
vorüber im Geisterzug.
