Suaument, com naveguen les góndoles, per els clars, lluminosos canals al matí, així, en la mar blava dels dies, es gronxa la impertorbable balança del nostre amor, així, lleugeres i sense fi, s’escolen les hores de les nostres mans laxes: una, que espurneja amb joioses riallades, una, que s’enfosqueix en l’ocàs de l’amor, una, desbordada de cançons, una, que en silenci es dessagna dolçament. Restem silents i veiem embadalits com les hores joliues s’enlairen i davallen, eixugant-nos les gotes que esquitxen els rems, entrellaçant germanívolament els nostres dits, només rares vegades demanant un bes, fent-lo i rebent-lo en silenci...
