Warnung
Language: German (Deutsch)
Mädchen, du junges Blut,
Nimm dich in Acht!
Sei hübsch auf deiner Hut,
Lenz ist erwacht!

Lenz ist ein arger Strick,
Schleicht still durch's Feld,
Hat sonst um all dein Glück
Bald dich geprellt.

Klopft an dein Fensterlein,
Flüstert so lieb; --
Laß ihn nur ja nicht ein,
Lenz ist ein Dieb!

Bietet manch' Blümlein bunt
Schmeichelnd dir feil,
Ritzt dir das Händchen wund,
's wird halt nicht heil.

Sei hübsch auf deiner Hut,
Lenz ist erwacht,
Lenz ist ein Thunichtgut,
Nimm dich in Acht!
