Extinta há milênios.
E o risco brevíssimo
Que foi? Passou!
De tantas estrelas cadentes
A aurora apaga-se, e eu guardo

O segredo grande da morte.

Tenho tudo quanto quero
Não quero o êxtase nem os tormentos
Não quero o que a 
Terra só dá com trabalho,
As dádivas dos anjos são inaproveitáveis
Os anjos não compreendem os homens.
Não quero amar,
Não quero ser amado (a)
Não quero combater
Não quero ser soldado
Quero a delícia de poder sentir 
As coisas mais simples...
