Augenblicke gibt es, zage, wo so [grabesstill]1 die Heide, wo der Wald den [Odem]2 anhält wie [in unnennbarem]3 Leide, wo die Wasser klanglos [rauschen,]4 Blumenaugen ängstlich starren, [und]5 mir ist, als wär [dies Leben eingeengt]6 in banges Harren, und als müßt' in diese Stille nun ein Donnerschlag erklingen oder tief die Erd' erbeben oder mir das Herz [zerreißen.]7
