 Het lied van jou en mij
 't Begint langzaam door te dringen:
 "Voorbij, voorbij, voorbij..." 

 Ik vlucht voor die wrede klanken
 Val thuis aan tafel neer
 En draai om bij te janken
 Weer telkens "Telkens Weer'.
