mir bangte fast vor seiner Pracht...
Und dann, dann kamst du mir die Seele nehmen

Mir war so bang, und du kamst lieb und leise, --
ich hatte grad im Traum an dich gedacht.
Du kamst, und leis wie eine Märchenweise
erklang die Nacht....
