Es schweben Blumen und [Eng'lein]7
Um unsre liebe Frau;
Die Augen, die Lippen, die Wänglein,
Die gleichen der Liebsten genau.

Nel duomo c'è un'immagine
dipinta su cuoi dorato;
nei momenti più aspri della mia vita
mi risplende amica.

Si librano fiori ed angeli
intorno alla Nostra Signora;
i suoi occhi, le labbra, le sue guance
somigliano proprio al mio amore.
