Ich wandre fort ins ferne Land

Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT DUT ENG FRE

Note for stanza 2, line 2, word 4: in Mendelssohn's score and in some editions of Lenau, there is a misprint of "meinem".

Text Authorship:

  • by Nikolaus Lenau (1802 - 1850), "An den Wind", appears in Gedichte, in 4. Viertes Buch, in Liebesklänge [author's text checked 1 time against a primary source]
