Меж тремя морями башня, В башне красная девица Нижет звонкие червонцы На серебряные нити. Вышло всех двенадцать ниток. Повязавши все двенадцать -- Шесть на грудь и шесть на косы, -- Вызывает дева солнце: «Солнце, выдь! Я тоже выйду! Солнце, глянь! -- Я тоже гляну! От тебя -- луга повянут, От меня -- сердца посохнут!»
