Girre, graues Täubchen, girr im Neste nimmer,
ach, mein Heißgeliebter schmollt mit mir noch immer. 
Wie er mich auch zürne, wollt'er mich vergessen, 
müßt' es ihm das Herze schier zusammen pressen. 

Schwimme Silberfischchen, schwimme durch die Wogen, 
ach mein Heißgeliebter, wie hat mich betrogen 
deine falsche Liebe: möge sich des Armen 
wie des Ungetreuen Gott der Herr erbarmen.
