Sie ist mein
(Sung text for setting by E. Pauer)
 See original
Language: German (Deutsch)
Our translations:  CAT FRE
O schneller, mein Roß, mit Hast, mit Hast,
wie säumig dünkt mich dein Jagen!
In den Wald, in den Wald meine selige Last,
mein süßes Geheimnis zu tragen!

 ...

O könnt ich steigen mit Jubelschall
wie die Lerch empor aus den Gründen,
und droben den rosigen Himmeln all
all mein Glück, mein Glück verkünden!

so wißt es, ihr Buchen im Grunde;
Sie ist mein, sie ist mein! Ihr Kuss brennt
auf meinem seligen Munde.

Ô plus vite, mon cheval, hâte‑toi
(Sung text translation for setting by E. Pauer)
 See original
Language: French (Français)  after the German (Deutsch)
Ô plus vite, mon cheval, hâte-toi,
Comme ta course me semble lente
