Mei Schätzerl, das hat mi verlassen,
Wie is mir mei Herzel ach so schwer.
Den Jammer i kann ihn nicht fassen,
S'ist Alles so öd und so leer.
Wird er wohl noch meiner gedenken,
Einen freundlichen Blick mir noch schenken?

Nun bin ich so traurig alleine
Und denke nur immer mein Leid.
Mei Schätzel liebt' ich, sonst Keinen,
Und jetzt hab' ich nichts was mich freut.
Sonst schaut' ich am Fenster so gerne
Jetzt seh' ich mit Wehmut in die Ferne.
