Mit unnennbarer Seligkeit
(Sung text for setting by J. Grimm)
 See original
Language: English
Mit unnennbarer Seligkeit
Entströmt der Brust des Sanges Quell
  Und wallet dir entgegen,
    Von deiner Liebe hell.

Er bringt dir manches Rosenblatt,
Das still in seine Wellen sank, --
  Das ist der Liederquelle
    Entzückter Blumendank.

Das ist der Dank des Liederquells,
Den du erweckt und eingeweiht,
  Der nun dich laut umkreiset
    In stiller Seligkeit!
