feucht von Wehmutstränen gleichsam,
schüttelt er sein grünes Haupt.

Ach, mein Herz gleicht dieser Wildnis,
und der Baum, den ich dort schau'
sommergrün, das ist dein Bildnis,
vielgeliebte schöne Frau.
