Högferd
 (Sung text for setting by C. Sinding)
 See original
Language: Norwegian (Nynorsk)
Alt det som no skal duga, det lyter vera stort;
for upp i Høgdi vilja no alle Folk so fort.

at han slepp upp i Høgdi, saa Folk maa honom sjaa;
so verd han so stolt, at han reint 1øyper villt.

 ...

Og sjaa me ut som Herrar, so faa me Herre-Rom,

Modernized spelling would, among other changes, remove capitalization from nouns and use 'å' instead of 'aa'
