Schlösser und Burgen, lieblich zu schau'n,
  Freundliche Städtchen,
  Niedliche Mädchen:
  Gretchen und Käthchen,
  Kennst du mich noch?

Warum nicht kennen? Willkommen in unsrem Land!
Bist mir willkommen und reich mir die Hand!
  Laßt uns dann singen,
  Tanzen und springen,
  Lustig uns schwingen --
  Kirmes ist heut!

Pobles i molins, boscos i prades verdes,
castells i fortaleses, agradables de veure,
   viles acollidores,
   noies boniques:
   Gretchen i Käthchen,
   us recordeu de mi?

Per què no recordar? Benvingut al nostre país!
Sigues benvingut i dóna’m la mà!
   I després cantem,
   ballem i saltem,
   guimbem alegrament –
   avui és la festa del poble!
