Des chevriers s'en vont près d'un torrent en fleur,

Un puits luit ; Bétharram s'endort dans la chaleur
Des Pyrénées.

De Lourdes aux belles eaux flotte un mystique appel
Sur la campagne ;
Mais tout le soir répond au soupir sensuel
Qui vient d'Espagne...
