men lystig fløi du afsted.

Jeg band dig om Halsen et lidet Brev,
deri mit ganske Sind;
du seiler bedre end Seiler gjæv,
venter ei først paa Vind.

Men ei kan jeg sende et eneste Ord,
og intet faar jeg igjen;
jeg ved ei naar og jeg ved ei hvor,
ei om vi mødes end.

Og endda saa ville de, jeg skal le
og kvidre saa flink som du;
Vilien har jeg, maatte de se, 
At Evnen ei brister nu.
